The Position
n
Due to ongoing growth across the business and an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Software team.

Role
n
• Assist in the coordination of Agile activities amongst multiple teams.
n
• Coach/Train of Agile methodologies amongst the software team members.
n




• Assist the Team Leaders and Department Head within Software with sprint planning and project management.
n
• Facilitate agile rituals.
n
• Liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders for both scope gathering and feedback purposes.
n
• Produce documentation and metrics on product completion progress.
n
• Manage expectations to stakeholders.
n
• Collaborate with the Team to ensure delivery.
n

Requirements
n
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
n
• Experience with software packages such as Jira and Teams Planner.
n
• Experience with data driven decisions.
n
