Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Collaborate with Trainers to prepare and process student files throughout the student life cycle.
n
Ensure the integrity of all student and client details on databases and paper files.
n
Track, manage, and report on enrolment attendance, statistics, and other training data.
n
Ensure processes are followed as per the ASQA standards.
n
Respond to training and enrolment enquiries.
n
Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
n
Work in a dynamic team.
n
n
n




Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience working within an RTO is highly advantageous.
n
Administration experience with a strong focus on data processing.
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
n
Attention to detail ensuring compliance with data integrity.
n
