Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a Health Care Worker for Blakiston Lodge Oak in Geelong to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within the Specialist Dementia Care Program, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing for residents with complex needs.

You will deliver care per the resident plan, adjust care as requirements change, and contribute to service improvements, supported by Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, solid documentation skills and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
