Dotdigital is seeking a client onboarding specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for international clients across multi-channel marketing solutions.
You will coordinate data uploads, assets, segmentation, and performance analysis while ensuring a seamless transition from sales to Customer Success.You will work with Monday.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, craft guides, and provide ongoing support.
The role requires 3+ years in a client-facing digital environment and solid communication
