Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) seeks an After Hours Primary Care Services Coordinator to lead the ongoing delivery of the after-hours service.
You will coordinate a multidisciplinary after-hours workforce, including GP and nursing rostering, to ensure protected, responsive care for Campaspe residents outside standard hours.
The role focuses on workforce planning, governance support, performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement to improve access and health outcomes in the community.
