To be an eligible Manicipal Infrastructure Team Lead,please expect:Leading a team of professionals, including mentoring,



coaching and providing technical guidanceDelivering private sector approvals with diversity of scale across a range of marketsEngaging with clients to support master planning, precinct planning or regional planning outcomesUtilising a robust appreciation of the role infrastructure in land use planningCollaborating with multidisciplinary project teamsPreparing reports to exceptional technical and editorial standardsManaging commercial risks and opportunitiesImproving or building key client relationshipsTo be an eligible Manicipal Infrastructure Team Lead, we expect you to have:Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planningMinimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate fieldAn ability to lead and motivate high performing teamsStrong communicator and natural collaboratorA desire to deliver exceptional client experiencesCurrent drivers licenceExperience navigating DA's, SSD's, or in undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded!
