Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a Senior Pharmacist – Infectious Diseases to lead a designated pharmacy area in a hospital setting.
You will provide medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and healthcare teams, driving safe and evidence-based use of medicines.
You will champion antimicrobial stewardship and develop strategies to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of antimicrobial use, aligning with hospital policies and skilled standards.
