You will manage high-volume recruitment for frontline clinic-based roles, working closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to determine role requirements and selection criteria.
You will craft engaging job adverts, proactively source candidates, conduct screenings and coordinate interviews, while delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring timely offers and onboarding.
