The incumbent, serving in the capacity of
Officer
to
Senior Officer
, will be responsible for administration, support, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting and project implementation of critical banking applications and digital platforms. The role will ensure system availability, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, business continuity, and successful delivery of new technology initiatives.

nJob Responsibilities n

n
Manage uptime of business-critical applications including CBS, BACH, BEFTN, Internet Banking, etc.
n
n
Ensure proper backup and restoration as required
n
n
Provide advanced-level (L2/L3) application support as required
n
n
Perform and support UAT activities
n
n
Liaise with vendors for application issue resolution
n
n
Communicate with stakeholders for managing and implementing change requests
n
n
Provide reports from application databases as required
n
n
n
n
nJob Requirements n
n
n
n
Experience in application support, banking technology, enterprise systems,



digital banking platforms or related IT operations.
n
n
Familiarity with databases, SQL, API integrations and system monitoring tools will be preferred.
n
n
Experience working in production, DR and high-availability environments
n
n
Preferable knowledge and exposure to Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL
n
n
n
n
nEducational Requirements n

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in CSE or CS
n
n
nExperience Requirements n
n
n
n
Knowledge of application support and enterprise application management.
n
n
Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
n
n
Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery architectures
n
n
Robust understanding of database security concepts
n
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
n
