The Opportunity
n We're urgently looking for
Community Support Workers
living in the Bayside
Region (
Cheltenham/Hampton/
Bayside)
In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
n
Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings
n
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
n
Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation
n
What You'll Get n
n
Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
n
Paid induction and continuous training
n
Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm)
n
Minimum 2 days availability required
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
n




Willingness to learn and grow
n
Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
n
Community/aged care experience
n
Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
n
Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
n
