As a Test Barista at our East Newdegate location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.

Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer queries about our coffee offerings.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

Participate in training sessions to improve coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a barista role or relevant internship is preferred.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and coffee varieties.
