Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements.

Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.

Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
