About the role n
We're looking for a Dispensary Technician to join our team in Croydon North, Melbourne.
n
The position is 3 days per week — ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Additional hours may be available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities n
n
Dispensing: Assisting with dispensing and assembling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
n
Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids: Preparing and packing DAAs accurately and efficiently.
n




Customer service: Receiving prescriptions, assisting with enquiries and working closely with the wider pharmacy team.
n
Dispensary organisation: Managing stock, unpacking orders, checking expiry dates and keeping the dispensary organised.
n
About you n
This role would suit an experienced pharmacy technician or someone with relevant pharmacy experience looking to develop their dispensary skills.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has robust attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.
n
Is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy pharmacy.
n
Communicates well and enjoys helping customers and supporting colleagues.
n
Has experience with dispensing software and pharmacy systems, or is willing to learn.
n
n
Experience with Fred Dispense PLUS and Webster packing using Webstercare will be highly regarded, with training available for the right person.
