The Opportunity
n
We're looking for a Project Coordinator (Fit-Out & Joinery Specialist) to join our Central Coordination team. This role offers a unique chance to influence the delivery of fit-out, finishes and joinery packages across multiple projects, working closely with our Project Coordinators, Design Managers, Project Managers and delivery teams to drive quality, coordination and programme outcomes.

We're specifically seeking candidates who have developed their experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment and bring a strong background coordinating commercial fit-out, finishes and joinery packages.
n
This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator looking to broaden their experience beyond a single project environment and gain exposure to project delivery at a portfolio level.

Key Responsibilities;
n
n
Coordinate and oversee the technical delivery of fit-out, finishes and joinery packages across multiple projects.
n
Work closely with Project Coordinators, Design Managers,



Project Managers and site teams to ensure packages are effectively detailed, coordinated and delivered in line with programme requirements.
n
Review designs, specifications and shop drawings, identifying opportunities to improve buildability, sequencing, efficiency and project outcomes.
n
Manage design changes, technical queries and stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants and trade partners throughout the design and delivery process.
n
Lead the coordination of finishes packages, ensuring programme milestones, procurement activities and delivery requirements are achieved.
n
Support overseas procurement and letting of joinery and finishes packages where required.
n
Drive collaboration across project teams and external stakeholders to achieve coordinated, high-quality delivery outcomes.
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of fit-out delivery practices, identifying opportunities to enhance coordination processes, standardise approaches and drive best-practice outcomes across the business.

About You
n
We're looking for candidates with specialist experience in commercial fit-out, finishes and joinery packages. You may currently be a Project Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator or technical specialist working across this scope of works and are looking for an opportunity that offers broader exposure, greater influence and genuine career development.

You'll likely bring:
n
n
Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor delivering commercial fit-out, finishes and joinery packages.
n
Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, shop drawing workflows, specification reviews and design coordination processes.
n
Ideally, you've gained experience across sectors including commercial, residential and education, or on projects with significant fit-out and finishes packages.
n
Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, buildability, programme management and the practical delivery of fit-out works onsite.
n
Experience managing design changes and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
n
Knowledge of procurement processes, including exposure to overseas procurement of joinery and finishes packages.
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple projects.
n
Proficiency in platforms such as Aconex, ACC and model-based coordination software.
