Job Description
Unified Defense is seeking an HR Coordinator for weekend coverage to support Weekend and 2nd Shift employees and supervisors. The role functions as the primary on‐site HR resource during assigned off‐shift hours, handling employee relations, HR administration, and policy guidance with strict confidentiality.

The candidate should have 2+ years HR experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Manufacturing experience and a relevant degree are preferred.
