The Glenmore is one of Sydney's most iconic pubs, sitting in the heart of The Rocks with one of the city's best-known rooftop bars and some of the best views in Sydney.

We're looking for a
Duty Manager
to join our management team and help lead the day-to-day operation of this busy, high-volume venue.
n
This is a hands-on role and a great opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager, or a robust hospitality supervisor ready to take the next step into management.
The Role n
As Duty Manager, you'll be part of the venue management team, working closely with our General Manager and senior managers to deliver great service and keep the venue running smoothly.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Running shifts and leading the team through busy services
n
Being visible on the floor and leading from the front
n
Delivering a consistently great guest experience
n
Coaching, supporting and developing our team
n
Managing opening and closing procedures
n
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues during service
n
Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
n
Supporting cash handling, stock and day-to-day operational processes
n
Ensuring RSA, WHS and venue compliance standards are maintained
n
Helping create a positive,



energetic and high-performing team culture
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys the buzz of a busy pub.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a busy pub, bar or hospitality venue
n
Confidence leading a team and taking ownership of a shift
n
Robust communication and people skills
n
A hands-on approach - you're happiest on the floor with your team
n
The ability to stay calm and make good decisions when things get busy
n
A genuine focus on providing great customer experiences
n
A desire to learn, develop and progress your hospitality career
n
A current NSW RSA
n
