We are seeking a motivated
Casual Cook
who takes pride in preparing quality meals and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
n
n
You will help deliver a positive dining experience for our residents, cater to special dietary requirements and maintain food safety standards.
n
nAbout You n
n
You will bring:
n
n
n
n
Certificate III and IV in Commercial
Cookery/Hospitality.
n
n
A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
n
n
Knowledge of food safety standards and experience working within HACCP requirements.
n
n
An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and special dietary needs.
n
n
Respect for residents' rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk.
n
n
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
n
n
A positive team approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.




n
n
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
n
n
Availability to work weekend shifts.
n
n
n
n
Experience in aged care and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable.
n
