We're seeking a hands-on and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our café and hospitality operations - driving service excellence across our Refuel Café, events, and contributing to our member experience.

Your Impact:

As Cafe Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospitality operations within our Cafe, leading daily service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the premium standard that defines TotalFusion Morningside.

You'll bring a robust café or restaurant background, a love of coffee and service, and a leadership style that's both motivating and grounded.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across our Café.
n
n

Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.

n
n
Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
n
n
n
Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TotalFusion's luxury brand identity.
n

n
Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
n
n
n
Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
n
n
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
n
n
n
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant or café operations.

Strong barista and coffee knowledge - you love quality and consistency

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A passion for food, wellness, and delivering memorable experiences

Commercial acumen and attention to operational detail

n
n
Proficiency in POS, rostering, and stock management systems
