INSPECTION MANAGER | ROOMING HOUSE & CO-LIVING | VICTORIA n
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential, rooming house and co-living properties across Victoria.

Craigieburn | Ballarat | Werribee | Geelong | Shepparton

This is a hands-on Property Management role for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing tenants, properties, compliance, maintenance and multiple sites.
What you'll be responsible for: n
n
Manage a portfolio of residential / co-living properties
n
Manage tenant onboarding, allocations and departures
n
Handle tenant enquiries, issues and conflict resolution
n
Monitor occupancy, rent and arrears
n
Ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy and rooming house legislation
n
Coordinate safety checks, inspections, audits and regulatory requirements
n
Liaise with councils, inspectors, contractors and external stakeholders
n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance across multiple properties
n
Conduct routine property inspections and manage follow-ups
n




Maintain accurate property, tenancy and compliance records
n
Prepare reports and track rent, arrears, maintenance and compliance matters
n
What we're looking for: n
n
2+ years' experience in residential property management
n
Victorian Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence
n
Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
n
Experience using property management software
n
Highly regarded: n
n
Rooming house or co-living property management experience
n
Experience managing higher-density / multi-tenant environments
n
Council compliance and audit experience
n
Experience with PropertyTree and/or Inspection Express
n
n
