Lotus Dental Brunswick is on the hunt for a full time dental receptionist who is warm, organised and enthusiastic to be the first point of contact at our modern, friendly dental practice in the heart on Brunswick.
n You'll be welcoming patients with a smile, managing appointments, coordinating with labs, handling payments and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Bring n
n
Experience in dental or healthcare reception is preferred.
n
Team player and great communication and multitasking skills.
n
Knowledge of dental item codes, implants or day procedures (a big plus!)
n
A friendly, patient-first attitude and strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
n
Confidence with corepractice dental software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
