Oakmont Finance is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our growing team in Epping, Victoria.
n
An experienced Finance Broker; or
n
A finance administration professional who is eager to learn our business and develop a long-term career in finance.

Asset and equipment finance
n
Car, van and truck loans
n
Commercial and business lending

THE ROLE n
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Assisting with finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
n
Collecting and reviewing client information
n
Preparing lender submissions
n
Communicating with clients, lenders and referral partners
n
Following up outstanding applications and documents
n
Updating our CRM and maintaining accurate client records
n
Supporting compliance and file-management requirements
n
Learning lender policies and identifying suitable finance solutions
n
Helping develop and maintain long-term client relationships
n
Communicates confidently and professionally
n
Has strong attention to detail
n
Is organised and comfortable working with deadlines
n
Has good computer and CRM skills
n




Is willing to learn and take responsibility
n
Works well in a team workplace
n
Has a positive, client-focused attitude
n
n
Experience in finance, banking, mortgage broking, asset finance, accounting or administration will be highly regarded.
n
For an experienced broker, relevant finance-broking qualifications and industry experience are preferred.
