Job Description
HammondCare in Caulfield is seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join the residential aged care team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting health, wellbeing and dignity in a secure, welcoming environment.

Under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager, you will deliver tailored care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, working within HammondCare's Mission and Action framework.
