Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to join our management team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. To be successful, you must have hands-on, recent experience utilising Pronto Xi ERP to extract, analyse, and manage financial data.
Key responsibilities n
n
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n
Submitting and liaising with BMP Europe on Monthly account positions.
n
Manage general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and fixed assets.
n
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on budgeting and forecasting.
n
Assist with tax compliance, including BAS/GST reporting and fringe benefits tax.
n
Identify and implement commercial process improvements.
n
About you n
n
Financial Accounting Qualification (completed or currently completing).
n
Minimum 4-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing accounting role.
n
Proven,



hands-on experience using Pronto Xi software is mandatory.
n
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
n
Permanent resident status or Australian Citizenship required.
