You are the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Your Main Responsibilities:
n
n
Support leads to complete their application and convert them into sales
n
Manage and maintain direct personal contact with an existing portfolio of clients
n
Seek opportunities for up and cross-selling
n
Respond promptly to client requests in relation to sales, pricing, and customer relations
n
Monitor market trends and opportunities
n
Contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients
n
Conduct thorough needs analysis using a range of questioning techniques and active listening to identify sales opportunities
n
n
The Requirements:
n
n
Strong passion with the industry
n
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)



in English and Mandarin are a must
n
Minimum 2 years in sales and customer relationship management experience is essential, preferably in FX/CFD industry.
n
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and build relationships.
n
A go-getter mentality – you are a self-starter by nature and always looking for the next opportunity
