An established business located in Thomastown is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to support the finance team on a 3–4 month temporary assignment. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can start ASAP and confidently manage core transactional duties.

n Reporting into the finance function, your responsibilities will include:

Invoicing and billing support
n
Bank reconciliations
n
General accounts administration as required
n

About you n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer position
n
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
n
Strong system skills and confidence picking up new processes quickly
n
QuickBooks experience (highly regarded)
n
