Nando's Melbourne is seeking a agile leader to oversee daily operations of our busy restaurant. You will coach a diverse team, set the vibe, and ensure swift, friendly service that keeps guests smiling from opening to close.

You'll manage shifts, drive high energy, and deliver the iconic Nando's experience. The role offers a base salary with a bonus up to $6,000 annually, meals on shift, staff discounts, onboarding, and opportunities to grow into senior restaurant management.
