We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses based in or willing to work across Adelaide's Southern Suburbs to join our growing Community Care team.

About the Role
n
You'll be providing care to clients in their homes across the
Southern Suburbs,
working independently while remaining well-supported by our team.
n
What your day might look like:
n
• Medication administration, and wound management, clinical assessments and personal care
n




• Building real connections with the people you care for
n
• Supporting health needs with confidence, knowledge, and empathy
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for nurses who are:
n
• Confident, independent, and clinically capable
n
• Excellent communicators, both written and verbal
n
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, care
n
• Comfortable working in community
n
You'll need:
n
• A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
• Diploma of Nursing qualification
n
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
n
• National Police Clearance
n
• Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
n
• Working with Children and NDIS clearances
n
• Valid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates
n
• Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
n
