What you'll be doing (key responsibilities) n

Assisting the Club Manager
in overseeing the daily operations of the club
n
Drive sales performance
by managing leads, tours, follow-up, and conversions to hit monthly targets
n
Lead retention and engagement
initiatives that keep members active, connected, and achieving results
n
Own the member experience
- meet, greet, support, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
n
Execute local marketing
including community outreach and managing the club's online presence
n
Oversee daily operations
supplier coordination, and facility presentation
n




Maintain high standards
for cleanliness, safety, and overall club workplace
n
Essential criteria n
n
Strong sales and customer service experience
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Target-driven mindset and ability to execute consistently
n
Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
n
Well-presented, professional and punctual
n
Passion for creating a fun, inclusive, vibrant club culture
n
Working with Children Check.
