We are looking for:
n
– Previous experience in trade sales or retail preferred
n
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service
n
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
– Computer skills
n
– Valid Victorian driver's license
n
n
Responsibilities:
n
– Greet trade customers and assist them with their orders over the counter
n
– Process orders accurately and efficiently
n
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and the trade counter area
n
– Load/unload delivery vehicle safely
n
– Deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner
n
– Participate in learning and development, customer improvement programs
n
– Team based effort to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
n
