We are looking for a Chef de Partie – Weddings & Events | Visa Sponsorship Available About the role n
The Lodge Jamberoo is part of The Maywild Group, which has 5 amazing Wedding Venues. We're hiring a full-time Chef de Partie to join our catering team and start immediately.

We cook European menus for weddings and events. The services are big and rapid, and every plate, and alot of fun.
n
We're after someone who wants to stay and grow with the business. With five venues there's real room to move up.
What you'll do n
n
Run your section through prep and service for weddings and events
n
Work with the Head Chef on menus, tastings and seasonal changes
n
Keep food safety, ordering and stock control tight
n




Train and lead junior chefs and kitchen hands
n
Deliver catering at other venues
n
What you need n
n
3 years' culinary experience, including time as a CDP or strong Demi
n
Experience plating for large numbers without dropping quality
n
Food safety certification, or the ability to get it within 30 days of starting
n
Drivers License required
n

$79k - $88k + super
n
Visa sponsorship (Subclass 482 Skills in Demand) for eligible candidates

Long-term role with a path to Sous Chef across our five venues
