Job Description
RAC WA is seeking a Claims Specialist to join our Insurance Claims team in Western Australia. The role involves managing an individual caseload of claims and coordinating recovery actions, from lodgement through finalisation.

You will review quotes, authorise repairs and negotiate settlements while acting as a technical referral point for internal teams. Robust communication, empathy and autonomy are essential for success in this hybrid, permanent/12-month role.
