We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at
Legacy on Victoria

Coffs Harbour, NSW
. This part time role is an excellent opportunity for an
Enrolled Nurse
who is passionate about providing high-quality aged care to our residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our Residents and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our community.
What you'll be doing n
n
Providing direct nursing care and assistance to residents, including administering medication, wound care, care planning, and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
n
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalised care for each resident
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
n
Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
n
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
n
What we're looking for n
n
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
n
Demonstrated experience in an aged care or hospital setting, preferably in a similar role
n




Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices and previous exposure to working with older people with dementia.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families
n
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
