MACSEYE is seeking a Hub Lead to drive daily operations, educational direction, and strategic development across multiple sites.
You will lead a team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators, nurture family and community partnerships, and ensure services align with MACSEYE's mission and Catholic values.
You will oversee staff induction, promote cooperative practice, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing budgets and CCS in partnership with Area Managers.
