The Role
n
As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you'll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and act as a technical leader within the team. This is a hands‐on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy.

You will:
n

Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family‐group clients
n
Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice
n
Review complex financial statements and returns
n
Lead tax planning meetings and ensure compliance excellence
n
Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm
n
Mentor and train junior and offshore team members
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
CPA or CA qualified with 7 + years' public‐practice experience
n
Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance
n
Excellent relationship‐management and communication skills
n
Confidence mentoring and supporting team members
n
Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar
n
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and team‐first attitude
n
