Central Adelaide Local Health Network in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead the daily operations of a designated hospital pharmacy area.
You will provide medicines information and therapeutic advice, working with patients and a multidisciplinary team to optimise care.
The role offers opportunities to contribute to safety, quality and value in medicine use across the hospital and to develop specialist services within the expanding PICU and mental health teams.
