Assembly Talent is seeking a Learning and Development leader to own onboarding, coaching and capability programs across ANZ retail stores.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will partner with Regional Managers, Store Leaders and senior HR and Operations to shape the learning function.
This newly scoped role offers room to design and implement programs across multiple stores, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach and a focus on driving retail performance and employee capability.
