As the frontline of our business, you'll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
Duties Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided) Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking excellent Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly Skills we encourage applications from all backgrounds, ages, genders and communities including our First Nations People.
