Senior Associate – Funds Credit Risk Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Institutional Banking Owning a portfolio of clients and being responsible for credit risk matters associated with those clients; Developing relationships with stakeholders including internal business units within IB Collaborating with other risk management teams to ensure alignment of risk management strategies across the organisation; Driving continuous improvement within the team across both individual activities and process / policy / procedure simplification projects; and Being an integral part of a very collaborative team with a high value placed on team culture.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Experience in credit risk management at a financial institution, with experience in credit decisioning and approval, and/or NBFI and Funds Finance exposure an advantage; Relevant educational qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify,



assess and mitigate risks; Positive communication skills with the ability to act as the voice of risk with internal and external stakeholders; A curious mind and a desire to contribute towards continuous improvement; A willingness to use judgment to make and defend conscious and evidence based risk decisions; and Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
