About the role
You'll lead the day-to-day running of the store, bringing together sales, customer service and operations.
You'll be visible on the floor, supporting your team through busy periods and setting clear expectations that help everyone succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:

You're comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities and getting involved when your team needs support.
