Casual / $***** Per Hour + 25% casual loading Mile End South / **** About the Role As an Emergency Medical Dispatch Support Officer (EMDSO), you will be the first point of contact for people calling 000 (Triple Zero) for an ambulance.
You will support vulnerable South Australians during high-stress situations by: Answering emergency calls Assessing patient needs Providing guidance and support Helping determine the most appropriate care pathway This is a rapid-paced, high-impact role where your communication skills and calm approach can make a real difference.
