****SMILES Gladstone is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the practice, you'll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy dental clinic.
n This casual opportunity requires availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts from 7:45am to 5:15pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
n
Coordinating appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
n
Answering phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
n
Keeping reception running smoothly and looking tidy.
n
Supporting dental team with admin tasks as needed.
n
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have strong communication and organisational skills, and can multitask without missing a beat

Experience in the dental or medical industry is an added bonus, but not essential.
