The remit
Make growth work operationally
The role connects service flow, workforce capacity and practical systems across a growing multidisciplinary organisation.
Service flow and capacity
Own day-to-day operational performance across Clinics GRP.
Improve referral, intake, service commencement and provider communication workflows.
Monitor clinical capacity, utilisation, diary performance, cancellations and rebooking.
People and operating rhythm
Strengthen administration workflows, accountability and service reliability.
Support operational onboarding and workforce-capacity planning as the clinical team grows.
Resolve operational problems at the right level before they require director intervention.
Systems and improvement
Build useful KPI dashboards and make operational performance visible.
Identify repetitive work that can be simplified, automated or removed.
Lead adoption of new operational systems,
including automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Convert repeated founder-held knowledge into clear processes, responsibilities and systems.
Who we are looking for
A systems-minded operator
We value operational capability above a particular professional background.
Healthcare experience is practical; building and running better systems is central.
Strong operations-management experience in a growing service organisation.
Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows rather than simply work around problems.
Commercial and financial literacy, including comfort with utilisation, labour cost, capacity and margin.
Confidence using data to identify bottlenecks and monitor performance.
Strong people leadership, accountability and change-management capability.
Comfort with technology, automation and AI as practical operating tools.
Calm judgement when priorities compete and circumstances change quickly.
Healthcare, allied health, aged care, disability, home care or another distributed service environment is useful but not mandatory.
What success looks like
Easier to run as it grows
Success will be measured through operational and commercial outcomes rather than activity alone.
Clinical capacity is converted into sustainable revenue with less operational leakage.
Referrals move quickly and visibly from intake to first service.
New clinicians ramp through a predictable operational onboarding process.
Administrative workload grows materially slower than clinical capacity.
Provider commitments and communication standards are met reliably.
Operational issues are increasingly resolved without founder intervention.
Technology and automation remove repetitive work rather than add another layer of process.
