You will lead investigations into behavioural misconduct and child safety matters, prioritising trauma-informed practice and wellbeing throughout the process.
The role includes developing and delivering safeguarding frameworks for Elite and Pathway Teams and ensuring fair, thoughtful handling of concerns.
