You'll be responsible for leading your crew and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the processing plant.
You'll play a key role in developing your team, driving performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:
A solid background in leadership or supervisoryroles within the mining industry
Strong understanding of gold processing operations and plant management
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
National police clearance
Current Australian C class driver's licence.
