The Role
We're looking for aNight Manager, someonesmart and considerate - a problem solving geniusthat takes pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences.
Working with the Hotel Manager, you'll lead the team to success, rolling up your sleeves and working side by side to deliver a superior product.
You'll take responsibility for compliance and quality, including the satisfaction of both our guests and staff - ensuring brand and company standards are maintained.
About you-
Be a Brand Ambassador and knowledgeable about the local area.
Live in the area, or be prepared to move.
Has previous hotel night shift experience.
Proven experience within a similar role or capacity
Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form
Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude.
You're pre-equipped with sound judgement, even under pressure – you'll have a heap of responsibility right off the bat
You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking
You will be required to hold or obtain a First Aid certificate and RSA Certificate
