SRG Hospitality, Ripples Chowder Bay in Mosman, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on, customer-service driven approach.
You will recruit and train staff, maintain high performance standards, ensure HACCP compliance, and manage a rotating roster including weekends.
The role offers permanent full time hours with a salary package of $90,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation.
