Case Manager (Homelessness)
based in Goolwa!

As a Case Manager, you'll work directly with individuals facing complex challenges, helping them access safe accommodation and essential support services.
You'll provide crisis intervention, develop tailored case plans, and empower clients to build the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated person who:
Has demonstrated experience in developing case plans within an established case management model




Has both knowledge and an understanding of the social issues relevant to homelessness, including the determinants and effects of homelessness
Understands the complex needs of children, adolescents, and families at risk of homelessness, together with the impact/effect of other issues such as domestic violence, mental health, etc.
Has demonstrated experience in or has a solid understanding of supporting individuals/families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
Holds a Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent and substantial experience in the field
You Will Need To:

Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Holdor be willing to obtaina current Safe Environments Certificate
Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
