Created in ****, the award-winning Indian Ocean Brewery Co. is located at The Marina, Mindarie, a 30km drive North of Perth on the coast of Western Australia.
The brewery offers a range if core craft beers that are sold on site as well as at a number of off site hotels and establishments around Perth.

Assistant Brewer
to join our team.
Working alongside our Head Brewer, you'll be involved in all aspects of the brewing process, helping us produce quality beers while maintaining the high standards our customers know and love.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with brewing experience, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in craft beer to develop their skills within a busy, established brewery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with all aspects of the brewing process, including brewing, fermentation, conditioning and packaging.
Cleaning and maintaining brewing equipment, tanks and production areas.
Monitoring beer quality and maintaining accurate production records.
Assisting with kegging and packaging operations.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and quality control.
Supporting the Head Brewer with daily production schedules and general brewery operations.




Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team.
Deliveries to internal and External customers
Representing the brewery at marina festivals and external events
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for craft beer and brewing.
Has previous brewing or production experience (essential).
Is reliable, motivated and willing to get hands-on.
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
Is physically capable of undertaking manual tasks in a production workplace.
Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.
Holds a current driver's licence (preferred) – MR/HR class is favourable.
Hold a current Forklift licence (Preferred)
A brewing qualification or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
