Outstanding Ocean Road Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead strategic and operational delivery of high-quality clinical care across acute, urgent care and residential aged care in a rural health service setting.
The role requires current RN registration with AHPRA and substantial senior management experience in an integrated service model, with emphasis on governance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
