The Benevolent Society seeks an Identified Case Manager to provide culturally secure, strengths-based intensive in-home support to at-risk families.
You will use assessment tools to identify needs and develop tailored case plans.
Based in Loganholme with hybrid work options, the role requires Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity, a relevant degree, and a current driver's license.
12-month contract with potential for permanency.
